JL93 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the JL93 platform — including all games, features, and services available at jl93.site — is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses JL93 services in any way.

By creating a JL93 account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

JL93 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notification. Continued use of JL93 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain a JL93 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or a legal visitor accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of JL93 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not self-excluded or barred from any other Philippine-licensed gaming platform.
• You are accessing JL93 for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• The information you provide during registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — is accurate and truthful.

JL93 will verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID) and proof of address. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending review.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your JL93 account, including your login credentials and any verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. JL93 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or chat.

• One account per person. Holding more than one JL93 account — regardless of the name, number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited.
• Account sharing is not allowed. Your JL93 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to use your account.
• Notify us of unauthorised access. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact JL93 support immediately at support@jl93.site. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you report a compromise.
• Keep your details current. Notify JL93 promptly if your registered mobile number, email address, or payment account details change.

JL93 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access that was not promptly reported.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on JL93 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

Deposits

• Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
• Minimum deposit is ₱50 for e-wallet channels. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary.
• Deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. JL93 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be reversed once credited to your JL93 balance. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing time.
• JL93 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to JL93's standard review process. Requests that trigger fraud or AML checks may be held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

JL93 offers bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. JL93 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion is stated at the time the offer is presented. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are completed.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators or live event results. JL93 does not manipulate outcomes.
• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final. JL93 is not responsible for bets placed on games that a player did not intend to play due to user error.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including Tongits and live table games.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the JL93 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and visual elements — is the intellectual property of JL93 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any JL93 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of JL93 intellectual property may result in legal action.

The JL93 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of JL93. Use of these marks — whether in connection with competing services, social media, or any other context — without JL93's written consent is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, JL93 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain account security or failed to report the compromise promptly.
• Interruptions to service caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, power outages, acts of government, civil unrest, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
• Technical failures in third-party payment systems, including GCash, Maya, or banking networks, that delay or prevent deposits or withdrawals.
• Losses arising from the player's voluntary decision to gamble, including losses incurred during normal gameplay.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the JL93 platform.

JL93's total liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination and Account Closure

By you: You may close your JL93 account at any time by contacting support at support@jl93.site. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment account after identity verification is completed and any pending wagering requirements are resolved.

By JL93: JL93 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is detected.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
